The Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) runs an online Visa on Arrival portal at visaonarrival.lis.gov.lr. It lists a USD 102.5 non-refundable fee, a passport valid at least 6 months, and issue at Roberts International Airport only. The portal says that if Liberia has an embassy in your country you must apply there instead. Complete the online form on the LIS Visa on Arrival portal, upload your passport scan and photo (each max 2 MB), optionally a flight ticket scan, and pay by card. Print the confirmation or keep it on your phone.
On arrival at Roberts International Airport, show the QR code confirmation at the visa counter and complete biometrics. The portal says applicants from countries with a Liberian embassy must apply at the embassy; we have not verified the position for Bangladesh, so confirm with our office first.
