What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address, if you send them through the contact form, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp.
- The country you want to visit and the message you write.
- Documents such as passports, only if you choose to send them so our counsellor can check your file.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, check your documents, prepare an application you ask us to prepare, and book appointments for you. We do not sell your details.
Who can see it
Our staff can see it. We share the details an embassy, visa centre, airline or hotel needs only when you ask us to apply or book for you. The contact form sends an email to our office inbox through our web host.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to count visits and to measure how well our ads work. The Pixel may set cookies and sends Meta your page views and clicks on our call, WhatsApp and email links. It does not send what you type into the contact form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or change your ad settings in your Facebook account. The website does not load fonts or other scripts from other companies. The Google Maps map on the Contact page also loads when you open that page, and Google may set its own cookies or collect data under Google's privacy policy. If we add other tools later, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and files for as long as we need them to help you and to meet our legal and accounting duties. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Write to reservation.travelcl@gmail.com and we will reply during office hours.
