Please read these terms before you use our website or hire us.
Our services
We help people prepare visa applications and we sell tour packages and air tickets. We are a private business. We are not an embassy, a visa centre or a government body.
No guarantee of approval
Embassies and visa authorities make every visa decision. We cannot promise that a visa will be approved, how fast it will be issued, or that a rule will stay the same.
Information on this website
Visa fees and rules change often. Every fact on our guides shows a status and a check date. Please confirm with the official source or our office before you pay. Our guides are general information, not legal advice.
Fees and payments
Our service fee is agreed with you before we start. Government, embassy and visa centre fees are paid to those bodies and are not refundable by us. Package prices, booking money and refunds follow the terms written on each package page.
Your documents
You must give us true and complete documents. A false document can lead to refusal, a ban or legal action against you. We will not submit a document we believe is false.
Limit of responsibility
We are not responsible for a refusal, a delay or a rule change made by an embassy, airline or other third party. Our responsibility is limited to the service fee you paid us for the service in question.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka will hear any dispute.
