Its e-visa page lists EUR 73 for a 3-month multiple-entry visa, a reply within 48 working hours, and biometric enrolment at Abidjan airport. Pre-enrol at snedai.com and upload three files (JPG, PNG, GIF or PDF, up to 1 MB each): passport identity page, round-trip flight reservation, and a typed, signed, stamped and legalised invitation letter or accommodation certificate. A missing file leads to rejection.
Pay by card, print the receipt and the approval document before boarding, and complete biometric enrolment at Abidjan airport. We did not verify an embassy of Cote d'Ivoire in Dhaka.
