Andorra visa for Bangladeshis

Andorra's Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the Principality does not require any type of visa, but Andorra is not a member of the Schengen Area and there is no airport, so you can only enter through France or Spain. Bangladeshi citizens normally need a Schengen visa from France or Spain to cross those countries; it is that visa, not an Andorran one, that you apply for in Dhaka. The Ministry tells third-country nationals to check with the French or Spanish embassy for their point of entry. Andorra is not in the Schengen Area but you cannot reach it without crossing France or Spain; apply for the Schengen visa of your entry country.
A Schengen visa is not issued by Andorra. Ask for a double or multiple-entry visa if you will leave Andorra back into Schengen.
