After online document review, medical applicants bring the visa form to the Chinese Embassy. The visa centre notice says they do not need to book an online interview first.
Press reports from May 2025 describe a green channel: priority review of online applications, a medical visa counter and priority interviews.
A licensed Bangladeshi travel agency can issue a guarantee letter for the bank deposit certificate and proof of kinship, so these do not need Foreign Ministry attestation (press report).
