The official Iraq e-visa site (evisa.iq) says the visa is applied for online, paid online and sent by email. It says the e-visa is valid for 30 days for single or multiple entry. The application page eservice.evisa.iq lists Bangladesh among eligible countries, but we saw no Bangladesh-specific conditions, so a guarantor or invitation requirement cannot be ruled out.
The UK FCDO reports a different fee and validity (USD 160, 60 days). Because the two official-government sources disagree, we do not state one figure as final.

Kurdistan Region versus federal Iraq

The Kurdistan Region Government runs its own e-visa portal and visa on arrival. According to the UK FCDO, these visas are valid only for travel within the Kurdistan Region. If you plan to visit Baghdad, Najaf or Karbala you need the federal visa. Bangladesh-specific eligibility for the Kurdistan visa has not been verified.
